We make our fudge in ‘The Fudgery’ at Cheriton Bishop, near Exeter, where we converted a workshop into a purpose built Fudge Kitchen. This has enabled cooking, cutting up and packing processes to become a slick operation.
The fudge is still made by hand using large copper pots for beating, every care is taken to ensure our fudge looks and tastes delicious – just try it!
We source our Organic butter and cream as locally as possible. All our ingredients are Organic and where available Fairtrade too. What’s more, there’s no Palm Oil or shortening in our fudge.
